About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Binangonan. You will lead the end‑to‑end hiring process, ensuring we attract and secure top talent for our growing organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to source qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and manage the selection process.
• Coordinate onboarding and training programs for new hires.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, hiring, and interviewing.

• Familiarity with employee onboarding and training processes.
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
