Recruitment Specialist – Day Shift (Remote, Freelance)

About the role

Magic is seeking a Freelance Recruitment Specialist to lead end‑to‑end hiring for its boutique clients. Working remotely from the Philippines on a day‑shift schedule, you will source, interview, and endorse candidates for niche, hard‑to‑fill positions.

Key responsibilities

• Review resumes and select candidates that match job specifications.
• Schedule and conduct interviews, including mock calls and script readings as required by clients.
• Endorse and coach candidates throughout the selection process.
• Maintain a fast turnaround, delivering qualified candidates within 24 hours of receiving a requisition.
• Track and report recruitment metrics such as win rate and interview no‑show rates.

Required profile

• Full‑cycle recruitment experience, not limited to sourcing.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfort with niche, specialized roles and evolving processes.
• Professional home‑office setup (minimum 8 GB RAM, i5/Ryzen 5, 40 Mbps internet, noise‑cancelling headset, backup connection).
