Recruitment Lead

About the role

The Recruitment Lead will own the end‑to‑end talent acquisition process for our Alabang site, ensuring that hiring needs are met efficiently and cost‑effectively. This role combines operational oversight, strategic sourcing, and people‑management responsibilities in a hybrid, mid‑shift environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce standardized recruitment processes across the team to meet hiring targets.
• Analyse staffing data, prepare weekly and monthly presentations, and adjust sourcing strategies to support ramp‑up plans.
• Manage recruitment financials, comparing actual costs against the budgeted recruitment forecast.
• Design and execute sourcing initiatives such as job fairs, online campaigns, and employee referral programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with line‑of‑business leaders, external vendors, and internal stakeholders including finance and procurement.
• Lead, coach, and develop the recruitment team to achieve productivity goals and career growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Management or Human Resources Management.
• 3–5 years of recruitment experience with demonstrated supervisory responsibilities.
• Internal certification for behavior and skills assessment.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup on a mid‑shift schedule.
• Ability to work without agency involvement.
