About the role
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Lead to drive our talent acquisition initiatives in Davao, Philippines. The role focuses on designing and executing strategies that attract high‑quality candidates who fit our culture and business goals. You will work closely with department heads and manage a small recruitment team.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to meet hiring targets.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes.
- Partner with department leaders to understand hiring needs and ensure cultural alignment.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and selection activities.
- Mentor and train junior recruiters.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners and recruitment agencies.
Required profile
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
- Strong understanding of labor market trends and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
Required skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking system (ATS) platforms.
