Recruitment Associate (Qualifier) – Remote, Fresh Graduate Friendly

About the role

Magic is looking for a Recruitment Associate (Qualifier) to lead high‑volume screening for Executive Assistant placements. This remote position is open to fresh graduates and focuses on maintaining quality while processing a large number of candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct up to 16 structured candidate interviews per day.
• Document interview outcomes within five minutes of each session.
• Maintain a 15‑25% candidate advancement rate with assessment accuracy above 90%.
• Achieve 95%+ daily interview completion consistency.
• Make clear pass/fail decisions that clients trust without needing re‑explanations.
• Identify early patterns in candidate quality and flag issues proactively.

Required profile

• Experience or strong aptitude for conducting structured interviews and formal assessments.
• Comfortable working back‑to‑back schedules with minimal downtime.
• Receptive to feedback as a calibration tool, not a personal critique.
• Confident in delivering professional “no” decisions to candidates.
• Ability to exercise judgment within a defined framework.
• Willingness to commit to a fixed Manila‑time shift (7:30 AM‑4:30 PM or 11:00 AM‑8:00 PM).
