Recruiting Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support our expanding hiring team. You will manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth candidate experience while helping hiring managers quickly connect with top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage job postings on Indeed and other recruiting platforms.
• Review applications, screen and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Contact candidates to schedule and confirm video interviews.
• Conduct or facilitate initial video screening interviews.
• Coordinate in‑person interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and track progress through the pipeline.
• Communicate interview schedules, next steps, and hiring updates to candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles.
• Provide regular updates on recruiting activity and candidate pipelines.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or administrative coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Professional, responsive, candidate‑focused communication style.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
