Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to lead outbound sourcing and candidate engagement for construction and skilled‑trades professionals. Working fully remote, you will build strong pipelines, manage multiple requisitions, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience while supporting our business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques and internal databases.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche construction trades and leadership roles.
• Conduct phone screens and behavioral interviews to assess suitability.
• Engage passive candidates through targeted outreach and relationship‑building.
• Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously while tracking progress in ATS.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify pipeline gaps and adjust sourcing strategies.
• Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Required profile

• Proven experience in outbound sourcing and passive candidate recruitment.
• Strong expertise in Boolean search and social recruiting platforms.
• Excellent phone screening and candidate assessment abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in American English.
• Ability to evaluate technical and professional qualifications objectively.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, fully remote, process‑driven environment.
