Recruiter – Security Staffing Specialist

About the role

Outsourcey is looking for an experienced Recruiter to lead security‑focused talent acquisition. You will own the full hiring cycle for armed and unarmed security officers, patrol, loss‑prevention, firewatch and related positions, helping our clients build high‑performing teams in the Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and onboarding.
• Proactively source qualified security candidates through job boards, social media, direct outreach and referrals.
• Conduct phone/video screens, coordinate interviews and assess candidates for reliability, professionalism and role fit.
• Verify licenses, certifications, training and work authorization for security roles.
• Create compelling job ads and maintain a strong presence on relevant recruiting platforms.
• Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline, track applicants and ensure timely follow‑ups.
• Coordinate background checks, reference checks, documentation and onboarding activities.
• Develop sourcing strategies to meet staffing demands for commercial and residential security operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of professional recruiting experience, preferably in security, protective services or high‑volume operational hiring.
• Strong knowledge of security officer roles, licensing and certification requirements.
• Proven ability to source, screen and attract qualified candidates through multiple channels.
• Excellent communication, time‑management and organizational skills.
• High level of discretion, attention to detail and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
