Recruiter – BPO & Volume Hiring (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for BPO and high‑volume positions. The role is fully remote, allowing you to manage the full recruitment lifecycle while collaborating with hiring managers across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment process for BPO and volume hiring, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates via job portals, social media, employee referrals and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments and shortlist qualified profiles.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Handle offer discussions, salary negotiations and oversee onboarding for selected candidates.
• Maintain candidate records, recruitment trackers and applicant databases.
• Build and sustain a talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and deliver quality candidates within agreed timelines.
• Meet recruitment targets while ensuring quality‑of‑hire and adherence to turnaround times.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, documentation and company hiring policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of recruitment experience, preferably in BPO and volume hiring.
• Proven track record of handling the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously and achieve hiring targets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
