Reconciliation Manager – Finance Operations

About the role

The Reconciliation Manager will lead the company’s reconciliation function, ensuring that financial and operational records are accurate, complete, and delivered on time. This position is critical for maintaining compliance, identifying discrepancies, and supporting efficient business operations within a multinational logistics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily reconciliation activities to guarantee accuracy and completeness of records.
• Monitor, investigate, and resolve discrepancies, variances, and unreconciled transactions promptly.
• Develop and implement process improvements to strengthen reconciliation controls and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal departments, clients, and external partners on reconciliation‑related matters.
• Prepare reconciliation reports, analyses, and management updates for leadership review.
• Supervise, coach, and support the reconciliation team to achieve operational targets and service excellence.
