About the role

Join our team as a Quantity Surveyor specializing in Mechanical, Plumbing & Fire Protection (MPF) to ensure cost‑effective delivery of high‑quality construction projects from planning through completion.

Key responsibilities

Prepare project cost estimates and budgets.
Manage bidding, procurement, and contract documentation.
Evaluate contractor billings, change orders, and payment claims.
Monitor project costs, cash flow, and final accounts.
Collaborate with project teams to identify cost‑saving opportunities.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
PRC license with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or 6 years of experience without a PRC license.
Experience in Mechanical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection works.
COSH certification is an advantage.

Required skills

Proficiency in Bluebeam.
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
