Quality Manager

About the role

The Quality Manager leads the Quality Office, driving the implementation and execution of Scrubbed’s Quality Management System across all service lines. Reporting to the Director of Quality, the role embeds a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and client service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Director of Quality in rolling out firm‑wide quality strategy, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee day‑to‑day execution of the Quality Management System for relevant service teams.
• Develop, implement, and report on quality metrics, KPIs, and internal performance dashboards.
• Supervise and mentor quality supervisors and analysts, ensuring accountability and engagement.
• Review audit and assessment results to identify risks, themes, and improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate root‑cause analysis and corrective/preventive action planning with service delivery leaders.
• Partner with service line heads to standardize processes, documentation, and improvement initiatives.
• Monitor compliance with accounting, tax, and professional standards, including internal policies.
• Support global certification and quality accreditation initiatives.
• Develop training content to raise quality awareness and capability.
• Prepare and present quality reports and trend summaries to senior leadership.
• Lead selected quality‑related projects and strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 + years of experience in quality management, audit, accounting, or related professional services.
• Experience in an outsourced professional services firm is preferred.
• Proven experience supervising teams or leading projects.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and service excellence.
