Quality Management Engineer (Batangas)

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Management Engineer to oversee the acceptance, inspection, and quality control of construction units in Batangas. The role ensures that all projects meet functional and overall quality standards before turnover to CCD.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure 100% functionality and overall quality of units prior to CCD turnover.
• Address and resolve valid warranty concerns in a timely manner.
• Update and endorse units for inspection and acceptance to CCD regularly.
• Prepare technical reports on non‑compliance, quality issues, and best practices based on site observations.
• Maintain daily updates of QMW HTO Master List and post‑construction complaint master list.
• Create, monitor, and close quality memos or best‑practice reports per project site.
• Conduct final inspection and acceptance of completed works performed by QMW contractors.
• Coordinate buffer stock of commonly used materials (locksets, grouts, consumables) with MMG.
• Organise regular quality orientation and refresher sessions for subcontractors, site personnel, and CCD staff.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in property/subdivision management, real‑estate construction management, quality control in building construction, or design.
• Preferably a registered engineer (Civil, Mechanical, Sanitary, Plumbing, or Electrical).
• Ability to supervise one to two projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
