Quality Engineering Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Engineering Lead to drive testing excellence across the application lifecycle. The role involves leading a team of quality engineers, coordinating with multiple disciplines, and ensuring high‑quality releases.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of quality engineers, fostering professional growth.
• Define and implement end‑to‑end testing strategies and metrics.
• Collaborate with development, product and operations teams to align testing activities with project goals.
• Oversee test execution, defect resolution and continuous improvement of testing processes.
• Facilitate communication and coordination across teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with Katalon Studio or Playwright.
• Proven expertise as a subject‑matter expert in test automation.
• Strong analytical skills to assess test results and drive quality improvements.
• Experience working in a multi‑disciplinary, agile environment.
