About the role
The Quality Assurance Tester will ensure that software, telecom and reporting systems meet user expectations and maintain high reliability. Working on‑site during night shifts, you will collaborate closely with developers to improve testing efficiency and expand coverage.
Key responsibilities
- Execute QA testing to identify bugs and other issues across multiple projects.
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, scripts and reports.
- Validate that user requirements are testable and that outcomes meet expectations.
- Support planning, design and execution of system testing for simple to complex implementations.
- Work with senior and junior developers to enhance testing processes and product reliability.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Strong time‑management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proven problem‑analysis and resolution capabilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Flexibility to multitask and handle competing priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
