Quality Assurance Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our product development team. The role focuses on ensuring that all products meet the required quality standards through systematic testing, inspection, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures.
• Conduct tests and inspections of products to identify defects and verify compliance with specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering, production and other cross‑functional teams to resolve quality issues and drive process improvements.
• Document all QA activities, including test results, non‑conformities and corrective actions.
• Stay current with industry standards, regulations and best practices related to quality assurance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control or a similar role.
• Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with quality control methodologies and tools.
