Quality Assurance Registered Nurse

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Registered Nurse to lead the accuracy of electronic medical record (EMR) documentation, train nursing staff, and oversee patient care plans at our Clark Outsourcing facility. The role blends clinical expertise with quality management to ensure compliance with regulations and high‑quality patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Review EMR entries for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Train and support LVNs and RNs on EMR usage and documentation standards.
• Develop, revise, and monitor patient care plans.
• Document clinical notes, track patient progress, and communicate changes to physicians.
• Coordinate patient care services and supervise therapy‑related documentation.
• Assess and supervise clinical staff to maintain quality, continuity, and safety.
• Conduct training programs for nursing and caregiving personnel.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and agency regulations and infection‑control protocols.
• Act as liaison among patients, families, physicians, and the care team.
• Participate in quality‑improvement initiatives and performance assessments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and active RN license.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience, with at least half in home‑health, hospital, or similar settings.
• 1–2 years of direct employee supervision experience.
• Strong nursing assessment abilities and CPR certification.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
