Quality Assurance, Monitoring & Testing Analyst (Entry Level)

About the role

This position supports Citi's risk and control framework by performing quality assurance, monitoring and testing activities. You will help ensure that business processes meet regulatory and internal standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of control effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in QA, monitoring and testing reviews across business functions.
• Participate in Control & Monitoring Design Assessment meetings and draft related procedures.
• Identify monitoring gaps, suggest enhancements, and help maintain control tracking reports.
• Analyze risks, propose cross‑functional solutions, and ensure compliance with Citi policies and relevant regulations.
• Support the creation and upkeep of reports for control analysis and tracking.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a financial‑industry control function.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Good understanding of compliance laws, regulations, and Citi’s policies.
• Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
