Quality Assurance Analyst – Muntinlupa

About the role

The Quality Assurance Analyst ensures that all food products meet established quality standards. Working on the production floor in Muntinlupa, you will perform inspections, laboratory tests, and support continuous improvement of quality processes.

Key responsibilities

• Observe and check raw materials and finished goods for visible defects.
• Perform physico‑chemical tests on samples according to laboratory procedures and quality plans.
• Record observations, accept or reject lots based on test results.
• Assist in implementing quality control programs and preparing training manuals and quality guidelines.
• Conduct inspections within the production plant and support in‑process product monitoring.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Preferably a licensed Chemist or Chemical Technician.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the food industry or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices, GMP, HACCP, and ISO 17025.
• Ability to work in hot or cold environments and on shifting schedules.
