Quality Assurance Analyst – Food Technology

About the role

The Quality Assurance Analyst will join a team of researchers and analysts responsible for guaranteeing the quality and consistency of raw materials, packaging, and finished food products. This position supports GMP compliance, conducts laboratory testing, and helps maintain high standards across production areas.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and audit processes, workers, and production zones to ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Perform laboratory functions such as sample preparation, routine analysis, and proper storage of specimens.
• Document findings, generate reports, and assist in corrective actions when deviations are identified.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to continuously improve material and product quality.

Required profile

• Graduate with a BS in Food Technology.
• Strong initiative, ability to work with minimal supervision, and a self‑motivated attitude.
• Flexible to work day or night shifts and willing to be based in Mandaluyong City.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
