QA/QC Engineer – Quality Assurance & Control

About the role

We are looking for a motivated QA/QC Engineer to join our construction team. The role involves ensuring that all project documentation, materials, and on‑site activities meet the required quality standards and comply with the Quality Management System.

Key responsibilities

• Review QA/QC documents such as certificates, calibration records, test results, inspection requests, and Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Attend QA/QC meetings, seminars, workshops, and training sessions to stay updated on methodologies.
• Perform regular site monitoring to verify alignment with project specifications and the Quality Management System.
• Prepare and maintain logbooks for Work Inspection Requests (WIR), inspected areas, and daily activity tracking.
• Issue NCRs and Quality Observation Reports (QOR) when work does not meet standards.
• Evaluate subcontractor performance against quality criteria and recommend corrective actions.
• Support progress billing preparation in coordination with the plant engineer.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates or candidates with a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced construction environment.
• Good communication skills for reporting and coordination with subcontractors and internal teams.
