QA Engineer

About the role

The QA Engineer will work on‑site in Carmona, ensuring that all metal components and electromechanical assemblies meet customer specifications and quality standards. This full‑time position focuses on managing customer‑related quality concerns, developing assurance processes, and supporting product releases and maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, document, and track product defects and quality issues.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve quality assurance procedures.
• Collaborate with development, production, and cross‑functional teams to support product releases.
• Maintain compliance with customer specifications and internal quality requirements.
• Participate in root‑cause analysis and corrective‑action activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work within set timelines and meet delivery targets.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
• Familiarity with Process Control Plans (PCP).
