QA & Documentation Specialist (Remote)

About the role

Insight Therapy Solutions is seeking a meticulous QA & Documentation Specialist to join its remote team. You will ensure that all patient‑care documentation meets the highest standards of accuracy and compliance, supporting the delivery of exceptional mental health services.

Key responsibilities

• Review and audit daily documentation (e.g., LOCUS/CASII, Treatment Plans, Progress Notes) before client appointments.
• Identify incomplete or inaccurate records and collaborate with staff to resolve issues.
• Assist in developing and refining QA processes across teams.
• Lead or support coaching and training sessions for newly hired therapists on documentation standards.

Required profile

• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Comfortable adapting to evolving industry policies and procedures.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can navigate ambiguity and work well with diverse personalities.
