QA Analyst

About the role

Aboitiz Foods is looking for a QA Analyst to conduct thorough inspections and checks throughout the feed production process. The role ensures compliance with established standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements, contributing to the delivery of high‑quality feed products.

Key responsibilities

• Perform visual inspections and nutritional evaluation of raw materials and feeds to verify compliance with quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Verify that products meet established criteria for appearance, texture, color, size, odor, consistency and nutritional content.
• Collect representative samples of raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods for laboratory testing, following established sampling protocols.
• Monitor production processes and equipment operation to identify potential sources of variation, defects, or non‑conformities and alert the Feed and QA Supervisor.
• Maintain accurate records of inspection results, deviations and corrective actions in accordance with documentation requirements.
• Manage and maintain Certificates of Analysis for macro‑ and micro‑nutrient testing.
