Public Relations Assistant – Support Media & Influencer Relations

About the role

Human Nature, a leading natural cosmetics and personal care brand in the Philippines, is seeking a proactive Public Relations Assistant. You will support the PR team in maintaining brand visibility across media, influencers, and community channels while representing the company’s social‑enterprise values.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational support for PR activities, ensuring timely execution and agility.
• Research media landscape, target audiences, and relevant influencers or content creators.
• Assist in the creation, sourcing, and assembly of PR kits, managing quality and logistics.
• Coordinate deliveries, warehouse interactions, and messenger services.
• Seed press materials to media contacts and keep media lists up to date.
• Identify and source emerging influencers, UGC creators, and community partners.
• Support day‑to‑day coordination with influencers, media, and partnership stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on PR initiatives, including crisis management and real‑time results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in daily PR or marketing operations with strong organization and coordination skills.
• Experience in a PR agency environment is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially when liaising with external partners.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to emerging PR trends, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
