Psychologist – Community Intervention with Youth

About the role

The Association Centro Trama is seeking a qualified psychologist to join its Community Intervention Service for youth in Villaverde. The role focuses on delivering individual and group psychological support to young people aged 14‑24, promoting wellbeing, social inclusion and healthy leisure activities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and conduct individual and group psychological interventions for youth (14‑24 years).
• Lead prevention, awareness and training activities within the community.
• Participate in local community events and collaborative projects.
• Prepare assessments, reports and documentation as required.
• Coordinate with the community inclusion team and local educational, social and community resources to plan, monitor and evaluate interventions.

Required profile

• University degree in Psychology.
• Specific training in working with young populations.
• Specific training in community‑based intervention.

What we offer

• Fixed‑term contract from 1 September 2026 to 31 March 2027.
• Part‑time schedule: 14 hours per week, Tuesdays and Thursdays in the afternoon.
• Gross salary of €604.42 per month paid in 12 installments.
