Proposal Manager – Consulting Services

About the role

Pwc South East Asia Consulting is seeking a Proposal Manager to join its regional Clients & Markets team in Makati. The role supports high‑value consulting proposals, working closely with partners and practice staff to drive the firm’s sales framework and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end proposal process for multiple high‑stakes opportunities, from kick‑off meetings to final submission.
• Provide pursuit management, ensuring compliance with RFP mandatory requirements and tracking overall progress.
• Guide and coach proposal teams on brand style, clarity, messaging, and structure.
• Draft and edit proposal components, including cover letters, executive summaries, team bios, and firm experience.
• Conduct interviews with senior stakeholders and translate insights into compelling sales messages and RFP answers.
• Develop value propositions and articulate clear competitive differentiation.
• Facilitate solutioning and win‑theme sessions to align proposal content with client needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in proposal writing and management, preferably within consulting or professional services.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and facilitate collaborative workshops.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with a focus on delivering clear, persuasive content.
