Property Manager

About the role

The Property Manager is a core member of the Property Management Team, responsible for overseeing office and commercial spaces. This role ensures smooth day‑to‑day operations, maintenance, and tenant satisfaction across all properties.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee building administration, maintenance, housekeeping, security, vendor contracts, and payables.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and preventive maintenance to maintain high property quality and compliance with regulations.
• Prepare and present regular operational reports and occupancy analyses to senior management.
• Manage tenant relations, resolve complaints, enforce fit‑out guidelines, and ensure occupancy policies are followed.
• Supervise repair and maintenance services, and coordinate with housekeeping and security staff.
• Maintain inventory of property keys and handle general property inquiries.
• Attend meetings, training sessions, and collaborate with the Vice President for Construction & Technical Services on operational highlights.

Required profile

• Experience in property or facilities management, including oversight of maintenance, security, and housekeeping functions.
• Ability to conduct inspections, audits, and generate detailed operational reports.
• Strong organizational skills to manage vendor contracts, payables, and key inventory.
• Effective communication with tenants, vendors, and senior leadership.
