About the role

The Company Promoter for AFP Popular will focus on promoting pension fund affiliation and retention among businesses in the southern zone. The role involves direct client interaction, delivering informational sessions, and ensuring high‑quality contract processing.

Key responsibilities

• Visit companies in the assigned southern area to promote AFP Popular and strengthen client loyalty.
• Coordinate contract withdrawals, automatic enrollments, transfers, and schedule informational talks.
• Meet established targets for new affiliations and payroll enrollments.
• Validate and clean employee lists provided by client companies for strategic use.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of affiliation contracts and transfer documents.
• Deliver completed contracts and transfers within agreed timelines.
• Conduct induction and benefits presentations on the Dominican Social Security System (SDSS) and answer participant questions.
• Maintain a personalized service approach, resolve complaints promptly, and guide clients in using the AFP Popular website.
• Support the preparation and distribution of affiliate account statements.

Required profile

• University student or recent graduate.
• Familiarity with AFP Popular policies and procedures.
• Understanding of Dominican Law No. 87‑01 on the Social Security System.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office applications.
