Project Site Nurse

About the role

The Project Site Nurse ensures the health and safety of all personnel working on a construction or industrial project site. This role provides immediate medical care, supports emergency preparedness, and promotes a safe working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑aid and medical treatment for injuries or illnesses on‑site.
• Conduct health screenings and monitor workers’ health status.
• Assist in developing and implementing emergency response plans.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate medical records and manage medical supplies.
• Collaborate with site managers, workers, and external healthcare providers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (RN) and a valid RN license.
• Experience in emergency nursing, occupational health, or field healthcare, preferably in construction or industrial settings.
• Ability to stay calm and act quickly in high‑risk situations.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• First aid and CPR certification.
• Emergency medical response.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations for construction sites.
• Medical record keeping and supply management.
