Project Site Nurse

About the role

The Project Site Nurse ensures the health and safety of all personnel working on a construction or industrial project site. You will provide first‑aid, medical treatment, and health‑screening services while supporting emergency preparedness and compliance with occupational health regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver immediate first‑aid and emergency medical care to injured or ill workers.
• Maintain medical records, manage supplies, and ensure equipment is ready for use.
• Conduct health screenings and monitor workers for occupational health risks.
• Assist site managers with emergency response planning and drills.
• Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations specific to construction or industrial environments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (RN) or equivalent qualification.
• Registered Nurse license valid in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Experience in emergency nursing, occupational health, or field healthcare, preferably in industrial or construction settings.
• Ability to stay calm, act quickly, and work independently or as part of a team in high‑risk environments.

Required skills
