Project Site Nurse

About the role

The Project Site Nurse is responsible for safeguarding the health and safety of all personnel on a construction or industrial project site. This role provides immediate first‑aid, medical treatment, and supports a proactive health‑risk management program.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑aid and emergency medical care to injured or ill workers.
• Conduct health screenings, vaccinations, and routine medical examinations.
• Develop and maintain emergency preparedness plans and response procedures.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations specific to construction environments.
• Maintain accurate medical records and manage inventory of medical supplies.
• Collaborate with site managers, workers, and external healthcare providers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (RN) or equivalent qualification.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Additional certifications in first aid, CPR, or occupational health preferred.
• Experience in emergency nursing, occupational health, or field healthcare, especially in industrial or construction settings.
