Project Officer – Store Construction

About the role

The Project Officer will oversee the construction and renovation of retail stores, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high‑quality standards. This role involves close coordination with malls, lessors, franchisees and local government units to guarantee that each store meets design specifications before opening.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end store construction and renovation projects.
• Review architectural plans, suggest improvements, and ensure compliance with design standards.
• Coordinate with malls, lessors, franchisees and LGUs to secure necessary approvals and support.
• Prepare and track requirements for store equipment and packaging.
• Conduct site inspections and field work to verify construction progress and quality.
• Ensure all equipment and facilities are fully operational at store launch.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in construction or related fields.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans.
• Preferably familiar with AutoCAD.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to work onsite, primarily in General Santos.
