Project Manager to the CEO

About the role

The CEO oversees a portfolio of strategic projects that cut across the entire organization and external partners. This role is a dedicated internal consulting position reporting directly to the CEO, responsible for turning ambiguous, high‑impact initiatives into concrete results.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the CEO’s project portfolio, from scoping and sequencing to execution and delivery.
• Attend internal and external CEO meetings, capture decisions, assign owners, and follow up on action items.
• Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel, and priorities to protect their focus and ensure alignment with project timelines.
• Produce high‑quality written materials – briefings, summaries, agendas, pre‑reads, and correspondence for executives, boards, and external stakeholders.
• Prepare decks, presentations, and briefing documents on short notice for senior audiences.
• Coordinate cross‑regional leadership cadence across multiple offices and time zones.
• Travel internationally as required, often with limited notice.

Required profile

• Exceptional judgment and ability to quickly understand unfamiliar contexts.
• Proven track record of delivering cross‑functional outcomes without direct authority.
• Strong written English with the ability to distill complex discussions into concise summaries.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments.
