Project Manager – SAP & Enterprise Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead SAP and non‑SAP enterprise projects from conception to go‑live. The role requires strong alignment with business objectives, tight timeline management, and effective budget control while coordinating cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives and deliverables in partnership with business and technical stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules and SAP workstreams, including module‑specific timelines.
• Lead all project phases: requirement gathering, blueprinting, development, testing, migration and go‑live.
• Monitor performance against KPIs, budgets and timelines, reporting risks and changes to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices (ASAP, Activate) and system landscape standards.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts and compliance for SAP service providers and third‑party consultants.
• Collaborate with change‑management, architecture and business teams to guarantee smooth user adoption and alignment with overall IT strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of ERP functional or business‑process experience.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager on large, high‑visibility enterprise projects.
• Proven track record managing SAP implementations.
