Project Manager – Real Estate Development

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead real‑estate development projects in Iloilo. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with local regulations. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to drive project success.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute development projects from inception to handover.
• Manage project schedules, budgets and deliverables, monitoring progress against targets.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants and government agencies.
• Control quality, ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate risks.
• Prepare reports for senior management and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field.
• Valid PRC license.
• Minimum five years of project management experience in real‑estate development.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and decision‑making abilities.
