Project Manager – Night Shift (Hybrid)

About the role

Directio is seeking a Project Manager to support a French client that manufactures glasses and works with opticians. The role operates on a night‑shift schedule and follows a hybrid work model (3 days onsite in Alabang, 2 days remote). You will lead end‑to‑end delivery of technology projects that improve vision‑related services.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules and resource allocation strategies.
• Establish baselines for scope, schedule, cost and quality and monitor performance against them.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, assign tasks and track progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify, assess and manage project risks, issues and dependencies, implementing mitigation actions as needed.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in the IT industry.
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management.
• 1+ year of Business Analysis experience.
• Willingness to work night shifts and hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of SDLC Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid methodologies.
• Familiarity with PMO processes, governance standards and project management tools.
• Experience with risk, change and stakeholder management practices.

What we offer

• Monthly salary of PHP 90,000 – 110,000.
• Transportation allowance of PHP 4,000 and de‑minimis allowance of PHP 3,600.
