Project Manager - New Malls

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of new shopping mall projects, overseeing every phase from initial planning through construction to final turnover. Based in Ortigas, Pasig, the role requires frequent travel to various site locations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources for assigned mall constructions.
• Coordinate design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure compliance with specifications and timelines.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, and report status to senior management.
• Lead negotiations with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Licensed Architect or Civil Engineer.
• 5–7 years of experience managing large‑scale construction projects.
• Strong project management, leadership, and negotiation capabilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Honest, energetic, and passionate about the construction industry.
