About the role

Join Seven Consulting as a full‑time Project Manager to lead a flagship ~A$10 million technology transformation. You will drive the project from initiation to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met while fostering a collaborative, transparent environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of a high‑value project, meeting scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Unite client, vendor, and consulting teams around a clear roadmap and measurable KPIs.
• Maintain crystal‑clear status reporting through live dashboards and proactive communications.
• Coach and develop junior project managers, sharing best‑practice playbooks.
• Select and adapt waterfall, agile, or hybrid delivery approaches as needed.
• Manage risks and issues, keeping schedules intact under pressure.

Required profile

• Proven track record delivering A$10 million+ projects for Tier‑1 clients.
• Exceptional stakeholder‑management skills, from C‑suite executives to vendors.
• Strong leadership presence that inspires confidence and follow‑through.
• Fluency in waterfall, agile and hybrid delivery methods (certifications a plus).
• References that demonstrate integrity, direct communication, and relentless follow‑up.
