Project Manager

About the role

Lean Solutions Group (LSG) is seeking a Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of projects that combine AI‑driven automation with industry expertise. You will ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining high quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to execute projects flawlessly.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones to track progress.
• Allocate resources effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
• Apply appropriate project management methodologies, tools, and techniques to monitor performance.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget changes using change‑management processes.
• Identify risks, create mitigation plans, and resolve issues proactively.
• Prepare and present regular status updates, reports, and escalations to leadership.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Document all project records, deliverables, and communications.
• Facilitate meetings, follow‑ups, and action planning to drive deliverable completion.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in project execution.
