Project Manager II – BAU & Implementations

About the role

Strada is a global leader in people, payroll and technology solutions, operating in 180+ countries. The Project Manager II will own the full project lifecycle for BAU and implementation initiatives across the Global Implementation Practice, ensuring delivery on time, scope and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Independently lead multiple projects (euhreka, Strada Pay, VPS, Workday) with mid/low populations.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, align stakeholders, and drive task execution.
• Make decisions on schedules, prioritization, and resource allocation, collaborating with Resource Managers and Team Leads.
• Measure project performance, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Document and manage risks, assumptions, constraints, and issue mitigation plans.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and cost according to change management procedures.
• Interface with functional and business areas, including senior and executive management.
• Communicate status through reports and executive briefings.
• Oversee project budget and financial reporting in partnership with finance.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading multiple implementation projects in a technology or payroll environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership.
• Demonstrated capability to manage resources, budgets and risk mitigation.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting to executives and cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to work autonomously and make informed project decisions.
