Project Manager – Data Centre Projects

About the role

Globe is seeking a Project Manager to lead data‑centre projects across the Philippines. You will be responsible for delivering projects within scope, budget and schedule while adhering to the company’s PMO standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor designated projects from initiation to closure.
• Ensure projects are completed on‑time, on‑budget and meet all defined objectives.
• Apply established PMO policies and methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Network, Strategy, Marketing, Project Management, cross‑functional departments) and external stakeholders (industry bodies, regulators).
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management.
• Experience in technology or data‑centre environments is a plus.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are preferred.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in risk identification and mitigation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment and work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
