Project Manager – Construction Projects

About the role

The Company is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction projects from initial site inspection through to final hand‑over. The role requires close coordination with internal departments, external designers, contractors, and mall administration to ensure projects meet timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate internal teams and external partners throughout all project phases.
• Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress against schedules.
• Prepare and present status reports for senior management.
• Oversee pre‑construction, construction, and post‑construction activities, including cost review and punch‑listing.
• Conduct site monitoring, compile punch‑list items, and ensure timely rectifications.
• Manage bidding processes, evaluate quotations, and negotiate costs with suppliers.
• Maintain continuous communication with clients, providing updates, photos, and installation reports.
• Facilitate vendor relationships, monitor production quality, and verify factory outputs before installation.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing construction projects from start to completion.
• Strong ability to liaise with clients, designers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and reporting skills.
