Project Manager – Construction

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from initiation through completion. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards while keeping stakeholders informed. You will act as the primary point of contact for all project participants and will be responsible for risk identification and mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute construction projects from start to finish.
• Monitor progress, manage timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Prepare and present project schedules, cost reports and management updates.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Lead on‑site teams, oversee daily activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (licensed civil engineer preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel and manage multiple project sites.
