Project Manager – Business Project and Solutions

About the role

The Transaction Banking Group (TBG) is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic projects from initiation through implementation. You will work closely with stakeholders to define objectives, scope, and success criteria while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Establish project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Gather detailed requirements, build consensus, and develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, timeline, resources, and budget.
• Manage business cases, key requirements, and critical success factors.
• Oversee project execution, monitor progress, and address changes, risks, and issues promptly.
• Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular status updates and facilitating meetings.
• Ensure compliance with BSP policies, MORB, and the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Program.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in banking or financial services.
• Master’s degree or PMP certification is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project.
• Experience using JIRA for task tracking and agile workflows.
