Project Lead – Architectural Design & Planning

About the role

The Project Lead will drive the design and implementation of store concepts, ensuring functional layouts, structural integrity and visual appeal. This role combines architectural creativity with technical oversight to deliver complete store solutions from planning through construction and ongoing maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed architectural plans, layouts, and aesthetic concepts for new stores.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to validate design proposals.
• Ensure technical compliance with state and national building codes.
• Oversee project execution, construction supervision and quality control.
• Manage budgeting, cost estimation and cost‑control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Plan and coordinate store maintenance, upgrades and future renovations.
• Research innovative materials, technologies and design trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and a valid professional license.
• Proven ability to produce complete design and construction documentation.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and time‑management capabilities.
• Excellent graphic, presentation and communication skills.
