About the role
This full‑time, day‑shift position is based onsite at our Iloilo office. The Project In‑Charge will support construction and operations projects from initial planning through to successful completion, acting as a central point of contact for all stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing project activities.
- Maintain accurate project records, documentation, and Job Management System (JMS) data.
- Coordinate communication between clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments.
- Monitor project progress and flag any issues that could affect timelines or quality.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of experience in project, construction, or operations coordination.
- Full‑time availability for day‑shift work.
- Ability to work onsite at the Iloilo office.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience using Groundplan.
- Experience using Ascora.
