Project-in-Charge (Architect)

About the role

We are seeking a Project-in-Charge (Architect) to lead the full lifecycle of construction projects, from initial planning through final turnover. The role involves close collaboration with design teams, contractors and consultants to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage overall project execution from planning to turnover.
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors and consultants.
• Review construction drawings for compliance with plans and standards.
• Supervise site activities, ensuring quality, safety and timely progress.
• Monitor schedules, budgets and project costs.
• Evaluate contractor performance and verify billings.
• Ensure compliance with permits and government regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve project issues.
• Oversee utility coordination and unit turnover.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• Preferably a licensed and registered architect.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards and quality‑control practices.
• Proven experience in site supervision, contractor coordination and project execution.
• Experience reviewing plans, managing budgets and handling project timelines.
