Project Engineer (Mechanical)

About the role

The Mechanical Project Engineer will lead the planning, execution, and supervision of MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire) works within our construction management division. This role bridges the design and on‑site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review project plans and identify potential clashes or issues before construction begins.
• Supervise the MEPFS division, coordinating activities of contractors and internal construction teams.
• Collaborate with on‑site personnel and the satellite‑office design team to align execution with design intent.
• Engage with MEPFS consultants when specialist input is required.
• Conduct feasibility studies and prepare investigative reports for change orders in partnership with the Quantity Surveying (QS) team.

Required profile

• Proven experience handling construction management and contractor coordination for MEPF projects.
• Strong ability to review engineering plans and anticipate conflicts.
• Effective coordination with on‑site and design teams across multiple locations.
• Experience performing feasibility analyses and change‑order investigations.
