Project Engineer

About the role

The Project Engineer will oversee daily operations on project sites, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and in strict accordance with project specifications, budgets, and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day site activities and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor progress against schedule and budget, taking corrective actions when needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and contractual obligations.
• Oversee project controls, claims management, and contracts administration.
• Maintain high quality standards while handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Professional engineering licence.
• Minimum three years of project management experience in the water or utility sector.
• Strong understanding of project controls, claims management, and contracts administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High commitment to safety and knowledge of relevant regulatory and environmental compliance standards.
